Coal and Candle Ck
Akuna Bay is at the end of the navigable part of Coal and Candle Creek. It is one of many quiet spots in the Kuring-Gai National Park.
Be prepared to put out plenty of anchor as the depth is around 11 meters. There are no public moorings here.
d'Albora marina provides excellent facilities and are very welcoming even for those anchored in the creek. There is an excellent barbeque area and a licensed restaurant on site.
Fuel is available at the marina.
