The club has been running safety courses this month both to re-certify those who've done it before and newcomers. We are on our way upstream to Sibu, about 40 nautical miles upstream. For those who use Google Earth, our co-ordinates are 02deg 21.10 North, and 111deg 31.00 East.

Chris and Suzanne Daly on Reliance spent the October long weekend taking their boat, Reliance to Port Stephens, just so they could walk up Tomeree Head. Here is their account, accompanied by some terrific photographs.
Despite a challenging Southerly on Friday, we had nine RPA boats at anchor on the Lane Cove River over the weekend. The walk around the Woolwich Dock was interesting and the long lunch which followed relaxing. It was just the right combination of exercise, food and companionship!
